Work is about much more than employment.
It's how we use our time, talents, energy, relationships, and resources to create value, contribute, and live our purpose.
Good Work invites you to take a holistic view of work so you can define what good work means to you and make choices that better reflect who you are, what matters most, and the life you're creating.
Whether you're self-employed, working within an organization, between roles, considering a transition, returning to work, approaching retirement, or simply exploring what's possible, Good Work meets you wherever you are.
You'll gain fresh perspectives, practical tools, and meaningful connections in an intentionally small, interactive group.

Build Your Good Work
Creating reveals insights that often don’t emerge through conversation alone.
Through guided reflection and conversation, you’ll uncover insights, possibilities, and priorities that can be difficult to express with words alone. We’ll use the four-part LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology to explore and create a model of what good work means to you.
No LEGO experience required.
You’ll leave with:
- A deeper understanding of your vision for good work
- New perspectives on your future
- Practical ideas for moving forward

Grow Your Good Work
Meaningful opportunities often begin with meaningful relationships.
Learn how to approach networking from a place of service and genuine connection. You'll map your existing network, identify people who can support your goals, and strengthen your professional presence in person and on LinkedIn.
The focus isn't on collecting contacts. It's on creating value through the relationships you already have while intentionally expanding your network.
You'll leave with:
- A personalized networking strategy
- Greater confidence engaging your professional community
- Practical next steps to create future opportunities
