Intentional Professionals Community

Group coaching and peer support for purpose-driven professionals and leaders

The Intentional Professionals Community is a small, facilitated group coaching community for purpose-driven professionals and leaders who want space to reflect, connect, and move forward with intention.

This community is designed for people navigating career decisions, leadership growth, or periods of transition. It offers consistent support, thoughtful conversation, and connection with others who are also paying attention to how they live and work.

This is not a large networking group or a content-heavy membership. It is an intimate group coaching environment where participants show up regularly, share openly, and support one another in practical and meaningful ways.

Who the Intentional Professionals Community is for

This community is a strong fit if you are:

  • A mid-career professional navigating career direction, growth, or change

  • A leader seeking space to think, reflect, and lead with greater awareness

  • Recovering from burnout or a misaligned work situation

  • Looking for community and accountability without pressure to perform

  •  Interested in leadership development grounded in reflection and real-life situations

You do not need a specific goal or outcome to join. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage thoughtfully are enough.

Capability Buddies: optional one-on-one peer support

Members of the Intentional Professionals Community may choose to be paired with a Capability Buddy.

A Capability Buddy is a one-on-one peer connection within the community. Buddies check in between group coaching sessions to offer encouragement, accountability, and perspective.

Capability Buddies may live nearby and meet in person, or they may be located elsewhere in the U.S. or internationally. Regardless of location, the focus is on showing up consistently and supporting one another as peers.

Many members describe the Capability Buddy relationship as one of the most valuable elements of the community.

What’s included with membership

Members of the Intentional Professionals Community receive:

  • Live, facilitated group coaching sessions

  • Access to a private online community space

  • Optional Capability Buddy pairing

  • Occasional reflection prompts and resources to support leadership and career development

This is a relationship-centered community designed to support ongoing awareness, momentum, and connection over time.

What the group coaching sessions are like

At the heart of the community are live, facilitated group coaching sessions.

These sessions are intentionally designed to be small and participatory. Everyone has space to share and be heard. During each session, participants are invited to:

  • Share a recent win or moment they want to acknowledge

  • Name a challenge, decision, or situation they are navigating

  • Receive support, perspective, and encouragement from both the group and the facilitator

The tone is grounded, supportive, and practical. Members often find value in hearing how others are thinking through similar leadership and career situations, and in recognizing patterns across experiences.

How this community fits with my coaching work

Some members participate in the Intentional Professionals Community on its own. Others join alongside 1:1 career or leadership coaching, or later decide to explore deeper support.

The community is designed to stand on its own while also complementing individual coaching, courses, and other leadership development offerings.

Fit matters. There is no expectation to pursue additional services unless and until it feels right for you.

What Community Members Are Saying

I’m really enjoying the group coaching sessions—I always leave with a takeaway. Being part of the Intentional Professionals group and hearing about others’ journeys and successes has been inspiring.

Hilary,
Mid-Career Professional

I find the group coaching sessions with Erica incredibly helpful and valuable. I get my questions answered and benefit from Erica’s expertise, but I also learn a great deal by listening to her coach others. Even though we’re at different stages in our career journeys, I can regularly apply Erica's guidance to my own situation. Just as important, these sessions help me feel less alone—I've gotten to know other participants, and it’s comforting to feel a sense of community in a process that can often feel isolating.
