Workshop Topics
Your team wants to grow—but real learning requires more than a presentation. I design and lead interactive workshops that get people talking, reflecting, and taking action. Whether we’re focusing on communication, career clarity, or team development, my workshops are designed to be practical, energizing, and immediately useful. Here are some of the most requested areas:
Â
Communication & Collaboration
Build trust, reduce friction, and increase effectiveness across your team
Participants learn and practice communication strategies they can immediately apply—improving how they give feedback, advocate for ideas, and work across differences
Career Clarity & Direction
Help your people reflect, reset, and move forward with purpose
Participants identify their strengths, clarify what energizes them, and take ownership of their next professional step—whether inside your organization or beyond
Leadership Development
Support emerging and established leaders with tools for intentional growth
Workshops for managers, team leads, and mission-driven professionals who want to grow their influence, set clear priorities, and lead with confidence and empathy

What Organizational Partners Are Saying
Co-creating meaningful learning experiences is central to my approach—here’s what one leader shared about our work together:
“Erica facilitated a 3-part series for our professional community, providing opportunities for audience participation without making the session feel like work. Erica worked with me to shape the series as a co-created resource.”
— Michael S., Director of Programs
