Many participants leave with specific paths to explore. The deeper outcome is increased confidence in how you evaluate opportunities moving forward.

If you are looking for a quick answer without engaging in reflection, this program may feel slow. The value of Clarify My Direction™ comes from active participation and honest engagement with the exercises. If you are not prepared to invest that time, you may wish to begin with the book or explore one-on-one coaching instead.

Most participants find that dedicating about 15–20 minutes a day, several days a week, over three months allows them to move through the material thoughtfully and consistently.

The course is designed to be flexible. You can move at your own pace within the three-month access window. Some participants prefer short, steady sessions. Others block time on weekends.

If you need additional time beyond the three months, you can purchase an extension.

The key is not speed. It is steady engagement and honest reflection.

Enrollment is open on a rolling basis. You can begin immediately after registering. Group coaching sessions occur monthly within the three-month access window.

Group coaching sessions are intentionally small to allow for meaningful dialogue and reflection. Cohort size varies, but sessions typically include a limited number of participants to ensure everyone has space to engage.

Each session is facilitated by Erica Mattison, an experienced coach and facilitator.

If you are unable to attend a live group session, you are welcome to submit questions in advance so I can address them during the call.

A recap of key themes is shared afterward so you can stay connected to the most important insights.
