Carolyn Kaplan helps organizations identify and activate underused capability, build partnerships across teams and stakeholders, and turn shared priorities into coordinated action. Drawing on her experience leading sustainability strategy across a multi-office law firm, she helps leaders connect people, efforts, and communication so initiatives gain momentum.
She brings more than 20 years of experience as a sustainability leader and environmental attorney, including her role as the inaugural Chief Sustainability Officer at a major U.S. law firm.
