Carolyn Kaplan helps organizations identify underused capability, build cross-functional partnerships, and turn complex priorities into coordinated action. Drawing on her experience leading sustainability strategy across a multi-office law firm, she helps leaders connect people, relationships, and communication so initiatives gain traction.
She brings more than 20 years of experience as a sustainability leader and environmental attorney, including service as the inaugural Chief Sustainability Officer at a major U.S. law firm.
